The Bi State Shad Fishing Contest was founded in 2011 to continue a tradition of tournament fishing for the American Shad on the Delaware River. A handful of volunteers continue to work in putting this event together. We could always use more people to help in making this the best contest of its kind. If you are interested in taking an active part to help move it forward please contact us with your information and how you can help.
